한국 이용자를 위한 개인정보 관련 추가 사항

1. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 다만, 다음과 같이 다른 법령에 따라 개인정보를 계속 보존하여야 하는 경우에는, 해당 개인정보를 별도의 데이터베이스로 옮기거나 보관 장소를 달리하여 보존합니다.

  • 계약 또는 청약철회, 대금결제, 재화 등의 공급기록, 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록
    • 보존 근거: 전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제6조
    • 보존 기간: 계약 또는 청약철회, 대금결제, 재화 등의 공급기록 5년, 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 3년
  • 통신사실확인자료
    • 보존 근거: 통신비밀보호법 제15조의2
    • 보존 기간: 컴퓨터통신, 인터넷 로그기록자료, 접속지 추적자료 3개월, 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 3년

개인정보 파기의 절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

  • 파기 절차: 회사는 파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보를 선정하고, 회사의 개인정보 보호책임자의 승인을 받아 개인정보를 파기합니다.
  • 파기 방법: 회사는 전자적 파일 형태로 기록·저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없도록 파기하며, 종이 문서에 기록·저장된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.

2. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 귀하의 개인정보를 “4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA”에 명시한 범위 내에서 수집하고 귀하의 동의, 법률상 특별한 규정의 존재 등 개인정보 보호법 제17조 및 제18조에 허용된 범위 내에서 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하며, 그 외에는 귀하의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

또한, 회사는 이용자로부터 수집한 개인정보를 아래와 같이 국외에 제공·처리위탁·보관하고 있습니다.  국외 이전을 거부하실 경우 서비스 이용이 불가능하며, ONE e-commerce에 가입시 개인정보의 국외 이전에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 국외 이전 관련 사항은 회사 담당자 ([email protected]) 를 통해 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

Additional Information Regarding Personal Data for Korean Users

1. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Data

The company promptly destroys personal data when it is no longer necessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. However, in cases where other laws require continued retention of personal data, the data will be transferred to a separate database or stored in a different location for preservation.

  • Records of contracts, cancellations, payments, supply of goods, and consumer complaints or dispute resolutions
    • Legal basis: Article 6 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
    • Retention period: 5 years for contracts, cancellations, payments, and supply records; 3 years for consumer complaints or dispute resolution records
  • Communication verification data
    • Legal basis: Article 15-2 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
    • Retention period: 3 months for computer communications and internet log records and connection tracking data; 3 years for consumer complaints or dispute resolution records

The procedures and methods for destroying personal data are as follows:

  • Destruction procedure: The company selects personal data subject to destruction and, with the approval of the company's personal data protection officer, proceeds with its destruction.
  • Destruction method: Personal data stored electronically will be destroyed in a way that prevents record recovery. Paper documents containing personal data will be shredded or incinerated.

2. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

The company collects your personal data within the scope specified in "4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA" and provides it to third parties only within the limits allowed by Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with your consent or when special provisions in the law exist. Beyond these circumstances, your personal data will not be provided to third parties.
